Simply book your stay and enjoy our hospitality. We will make sure you feel right at home.
Is there a lift available?
Our Chambres d’Hôtes does not have a lift and is therefore unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. All rooms are spread over four floors. Are you less mobile? Please let us know in advance so that we can take this into account where possible.
Do you have a 24-hour reception?
No, we do not have a 24-hour manned reception. Check-in is possible at the following times:
Monday to Friday: between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Weekends and public holidays: between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Would you like to check in outside these times? Please contact us in advance to arrange this. We ask our guests to let us know their expected arrival time so that we can ensure someone is there to welcome you when you arrive.
Where can I park?
We recommend parking at Q-Park Stadspark (1, 2 or 3), within walking distance of our premises. Parking here costs approximately €13.00 per day.
Please note: in other Q-Park car parks in Maastricht, particularly the underground car parks, rates range from €27.50 to €35.00 per day.
Do you have a parking app (such as Parkmobile or Yellowbrick)? Then you can also park in the residential area of Sint-Pieter for approximately €8.10 per day.
All rates quoted are subject to change. We are not liable for changes in parking rates.
Are there rooms for several people?
Yes, we have:
1 family room on the third floor with one double bed and two single beds.
One triple room on the fourth floor with three single beds.
Do all rooms have their own bathroom?
Yes, all rooms have a private bathroom:
Comfort rooms: bath, toilet and washbasin.
Double rooms: shower, washbasin and toilet.
Single rooms: shower, washbasin and toilet.
Family room: Bath, washbasin and toilet.
Triple room: shower, washbasin and toilet.
Do you accept stag parties or other celebrations?
No. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, rooms may not be used for parties or gatherings. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to address guests or refuse them entry.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is available upon request:
Standard breakfast: €17.50 per person per morning
Gluten-free breakfast: €18.50 per person per morning Please note: breakfast is by reservation only and subject to availability.
What time can we check out?
Check-out is possible between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Need to check out earlier? Please let us know in advance. Late check-out is not possible.
Are pets permitted?
No, pets are not permitted in our Chambres d’Hôtes.
Are there any cots or extra beds available?
This is not possible in every room. Please contact us when making your reservation to discuss the options.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout our Chambres d’Hôtes.
Are there facilities like in a hotel?
We are a Chambres d’Hôtes and not a hotel, therefore there are no additional facilities such as a bar, restaurant or wellness centre.
What are your cancellation terms?
We apply the cancellation policy of the Dutch Hospitality Association (KHN).
For 1 room:
-More than 1 month before arrival: 0%
-14 days – 1 month: 15%
-7 to 14 days: 35%
-3 – 7 dagen: 60%
-24 hours – 3 days: 85%
-Less than 24 hours: 100%
For 2 rooms or more:
-More than 3 months before arrival: 0%
-2 – 3 months: 15%
-1 - 2 months: 35%
-14 days – 1 month: 60%
-7 to 14 days: 85%
-Less than 7 days: 100%
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking (e-cigarettes) is not permitted, either indoors or in our courtyard garden. Violations will result in a cleaning fee of €200.00.
Is there a place to park bicycles?
Yes, bicycles may be parked in our courtyard at your own risk. Please always mention this in advance when making your reservation.
